Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • ServSafe certification is required
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in restaurant operations or related field
  • Proven supervisory or management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to travel to other locations for meetings, training, or support
  • Prior leadership experience managing teams through change
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
  • Experience in training and developing employees
  • Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and food safety
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions
  • Physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting, standing, and repetitive motions

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate Tasty Chick'n's guiding values while cultivating high-performing employees by selecting, training, retaining, and recognizing A+ talent
  • Identify and develop a pipeline of talent through effective succession planning
  • Execute the performance management process to set employees up for success
  • Reinforce and uphold the open door policy fostering a culture of trust and transparency
  • Partner with People Services team to resolve employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and recognize achievements
  • Implement training programs enhancing employee skills in customer service, food safety, and operational procedures
  • Develop and manage operational schedules ensuring adequate coverage
  • Drive customer-focused culture by resolving complex issues and training employees
  • Coach and hold team members accountable for operational procedures
  • Ensure food safety compliance and training
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service and product offerings
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive customer environment
