Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant operations
  • Ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to take on various roles as required
  • Proficiency in the primary language(s) spoken at the location

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to build a strong workforce
  • Oversee food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • Conduct sales forecasting and manage profit and loss statements
  • Implement creative marketing ideas such as fundraisers and community engagement events
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards
  • Assist team members and jump in to support roles as needed
