Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Hire, train, and develop team members to build a strong workforce
- Oversee food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Conduct sales forecasting and manage profit and loss statements
- Implement creative marketing ideas such as fundraisers and community engagement events
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards
- Assist team members and jump in to support roles as needed
