Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant or food service management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen including P&L management
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Physical ability to assist in restaurant tasks as needed

Job Duties
- Run daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Hire, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) statements and ensure financial targets are met
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure a clean, organized environment
- Implement marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain customer satisfaction
- Assist in all areas of the restaurant as needed
