Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant or food service management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen including P&L management
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Physical ability to assist in restaurant tasks as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
  • Ability to manage budgets, sales forecasting, and staffing
  • Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Run daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L) statements and ensure financial targets are met
  • Maintain food safety standards and ensure a clean, organized environment
  • Implement marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Assist in all areas of the restaurant as needed
