Job Duties
- Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans
- Drive top-line sales performance through exceptional guest experiences and leadership
- Manage controllable costs and implement expense control systems
- Oversee labor management with accurate sales forecasting and scheduling
- Maintain a safe, organized, and pristine restaurant environment
- Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine to deliver scratch culinary menus
- Lead Bar Manager to curate craft cocktail and spirits programs
- Partner with front-of-house teams to develop new guest experiences
- Hire, train, and retain high-quality team members
- Execute effective onboarding and orientation processes
- Foster a positive, luxurious team culture
- Provide consistent coaching and feedback
- Develop team ownership of areas of responsibility
- Lead manager meetings and one-on-one performance reviews
- Grow internal talent pipeline for brand expansion
