Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • ability to maintain punctuality and attendance
  • basic math skills including ability to make correct monetary change
  • ability to operate computer systems and technology used in store operations

Job Qualifications

  • operate all equipment
  • stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • prepare product
  • receive and process telephone orders
  • take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • clean equipment and facility approximately daily
  • demonstrate communication skills
  • comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • verbally communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • make correct monetary change
  • verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements with speed
  • ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Job Duties

  • set the example for staff and ensure all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time
  • manage cost controls including inventory control and cash control
  • oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
  • handle paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently
  • maintain food management standards and work according to schedule
  • uphold perfect store image and cleanliness standards
  • provide excellent customer service and foster positive customer relations
