Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to maintain punctuality and attendance
- basic math skills including ability to make correct monetary change
- ability to operate computer systems and technology used in store operations
Job Qualifications
- operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- demonstrate communication skills
- comprehend and give correct written instructions
- verbally communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- make correct monetary change
- verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements with speed
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Job Duties
- set the example for staff and ensure all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time
- manage cost controls including inventory control and cash control
- oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
- handle paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently
- maintain food management standards and work according to schedule
- uphold perfect store image and cleanliness standards
- provide excellent customer service and foster positive customer relations
