Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4 years of restaurant leadership experience
- ability to lead and develop a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
- ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- ability to meet physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable

- 4-6 years of family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance
- foster a positive restaurant culture and engage employees
- coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to the management team
- assist team members with duties as necessary
- lead sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests resolving food quality or service issues
- maintain cost controls and restaurant profitability
- ensure OSHA and health code compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control inventory, scheduling, and financial reports
- manage food and labor costs following company standards
- maintain restaurant equipment and facilities
- perform all other assigned duties
