Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years experience in auto glass industry
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with computer systems for inventory and dispatch management
- availability to make consumer calls between 7:00AM and 9:00AM
- commitment to comply with company policies and standards
Job Qualifications

- at least 5 years of experience in the auto glass industry
- previous management and/or operations experience is strongly preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Recruit / hire staff and technicians
- educate, train and maintain compliance with company standards
- take the necessary actions to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and objectives
- effectively communicate to all subordinates
- provide daily supervision and direction to all auto glass technicians
- dispatch jobs for technicians
- initiate or suggest plans to motivate company employees to achieve work goals
- monitor the individual performance of the technicians on a regular basis
- fax, telephone or otherwise contact vendors to order parts and document conversations in the management system
- follow up on parts back orders and document actions in the management system
- coordinate returns and credits of parts and ensure they are picked up daily
- provide the A/P Dept. with the POP invoices for appropriate purchases
- return and reorder damaged or defective parts
- contact vendors for credits and process appropriately
- conduct calls to consumers between 7:00AM - 9:00AM to confirm technician appointment times
- reshuffle routes as necessary and provide feedback to dispatcher
- field ETA calls from customers and advise on status
- notify CSRs and team when parts are on back order status and effectively notate work order
- order parts as directed
- confirm parts returns and credits from local distributors
- confirm with technicians daily that there are no parts at shops
- confirm with local management that there are no unused parts at any location
- work closely with the A/P Dept.
- review dispatches/communications from technicians
- receive contact from technicians regarding job reschedules
- contact consumers to reschedule uncompleted jobs
- take responsibility for reporting, making recommendations and correcting adverse actions
- comply with all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
