Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years of management experience in a restaurant or related setting
- ability to work in physically demanding environments including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- comfortable working in hot and cold conditions and near open flames
- must maintain near constant communication and have good vision
- ability to sit, squat, kneel occasionally
- readiness to work in a safe and alert manner
- flexibility to work in tight spaces and outdoor weather conditions when necessary

Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
- provide leadership and motivation to ensure guest-focused and team-focused service
- set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
- develop yourself and others through continuous improvement
- manage people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
- coach, train, and hold team members accountable including corrective action when necessary
- create loyal customers by inspiring the team to say yes to every guest

- assist with additional duties as assigned
