Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and the ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to perform various tasks
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work 50 hours per week
  • Work between 5-6 days a week

Job Duties

  • Manage and motivate a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Create a positive, inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, heard, and supported
  • Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food standards are met and maintained
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all company policies and procedures
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
