Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available to close the store at least once per week
  • Attend corporate meetings and conferences including overnight stays and interstate travel
  • Maintain valid identification for airline travel
  • Frequent use of computer and office devices
  • Continuous mobility during shifts
  • Frequent bending, pushing, reaching, twisting, lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to engage in continuous walking and coordination
  • Adherence to company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience
  • Proven success in financial management including sales, payroll, and expense control
  • Retail management skills including inventory, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising
  • Leadership experience in attracting, developing, and motivating talent
  • Proficient with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales goals, payroll, and retail shrink
  • Drive company profitability through operational excellence and expense control
  • Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets for scheduling and productivity
  • Address financial and operational issues based on reporting and audits
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
  • Stay informed of industry trends and products
  • Maintain prompt, regular attendance and uphold attendance policies
  • Attract, hire, and retain diverse top talent
  • Address policy violations with corrective action
  • Build an engaged team with open communication
  • Create an inclusive environment to encourage growth
  • Lead manager and associate development including training and coaching
  • Participate in ongoing training and ensure direct reports do the same
  • Model open communication and align goals with company strategy
  • Promote teamwork through collaboration and clear direction
  • Execute Guest Engagement Leader program flawlessly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  • Adhere to and enforce dress code
  • Use scheduling and task management tools effectively
