Job Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
- Ability to lift and move up to fifty pounds regularly
- Proven ability to manage logistics and day-to-day operations
- Experience managing sales and operations in a branch-based service business
Job Qualifications
- Degree in business management, arboriculture, forestry, environmental sciences, or equivalent experience
- Successful track record of selling residential and/or commercial services
- Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and retaining team members
- Experience in profit and loss management and operations
- Strong analytical skills to use data for business decisions
- ISA certification or willingness to obtain
- Previous management experience in tree care industry preferred
- Knowledge of general tree care, plant health care, or lawn care preferred
Job Duties
- Develop sales targets and monitor performance
- Ensure daily operations maximize productivity and safety
- Manage fleet and branch resources effectively
- Oversee compliance and accurate reporting
- Implement continuous improvement processes
- Lead, coach, and develop sales, office, and field teams
- Drive market growth and customer satisfaction
