Job Duties
- help develop financial operational plans and monitor their performance to achieve center financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- review and control labor costs and other expenses
- manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating with team
- supervise and direct regular training for all staff ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- supervise direct reports such as Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers
- conduct regular meetings with management team to review center performance and adjust action plans
- manage multiple departments efficiently
- maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
- achieve and maintain guest service goals and resolve customer complaints
- oversee and expand Food and Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
- work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
