Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • help develop financial operational plans and monitor their performance to achieve center financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
  • review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating with team
  • supervise and direct regular training for all staff ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • supervise direct reports such as Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers
  • conduct regular meetings with management team to review center performance and adjust action plans
  • manage multiple departments efficiently
  • maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
  • achieve and maintain guest service goals and resolve customer complaints
  • oversee and expand Food and Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
