Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in operations management or related leadership role

  • Optimize labor schedules to meet fluctuating business demands
  • Lead recruitment, training, and coaching initiatives for team members
  • Handle damage claims and site supply procurement
  • Engage in community outreach and brand representation
  • Drive customer growth through sales and marketing efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
