Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in operations management or related leadership role
- Proven track record in customer service excellence and sales-driven environments

- Ability to work flexible hours including peak business times
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management

Job Duties
- Oversee site operations and ensure smooth daily functionality
- Manage and develop team performance
- Maintain top-tier site conditions including car wash equipment and customer areas
- Implement local sales strategies in collaboration with the regional Director of Operations
- Optimize labor schedules to meet fluctuating business demands
- Lead recruitment, training, and coaching initiatives for team members
- Handle damage claims and site supply procurement
- Engage in community outreach and brand representation
- Drive customer growth through sales and marketing efforts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
