Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel for work-related functions and training
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Physical ability to perform the duties including standing, walking, lifting and bending
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and culture standards

Job Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively independently and collaboratively
  • Skilled at recognizing problems, setting goals, creating plans and executing them
  • High emotional intelligence with ability to measure performance subjectively and objectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and travel as needed
  • Professional and acts as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the restaurant
  • 5+ years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience with new restaurant openings and local marketing preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Possess a valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant including forecasting and budgeting
  • Ensure overall compliance to company standards, policies and laws
  • Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including status changes and payroll processing
  • Create crewmember work and training schedules
  • Develop management-level crewmembers including performance management
  • Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash handling
  • Monitor profit and loss statements and develop and execute strategy in all areas of financial and operational performance
