Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel for work-related functions and training
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Physical ability to perform the duties including standing, walking, lifting and bending
- Commitment to uphold company policies and culture standards

- Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively independently and collaboratively
- Skilled at recognizing problems, setting goals, creating plans and executing them
- High emotional intelligence with ability to measure performance subjectively and objectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and travel as needed
- Professional and acts as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the restaurant
- 5+ years restaurant or retail management experience
- Experience with new restaurant openings and local marketing preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant including forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure overall compliance to company standards, policies and laws
- Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including status changes and payroll processing
- Create crewmember work and training schedules
- Develop management-level crewmembers including performance management
- Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash handling
- Monitor profit and loss statements and develop and execute strategy in all areas of financial and operational performance
