Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to meet job requirements such as bending, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to maintain alertness and safe work practices
- willingness to work in various temperature conditions and near open flames

Job Duties
- oversee all restaurant operations and team members
- provide leadership and motivation to ensure team members are guest-focused and team-focused
- set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
- develop self and others focusing on self-improvement and supporting team success
- lead all aspects of the four-wall operation including people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
- put the customer first including internal team members
- conduct regular people planning, coaching, training, accountability, and corrective action
- create enthusiastic customer experiences by finding ways to say yes to guests and inspire teams
- take ownership of every shift and take pride in the job
- foster collaboration and work with others to achieve group success
- adapt to change by solving problems with an open-minded and inclusive approach
- assist with additional duties as assigned
