Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of full service restaurant management experience
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods and lift objects with assistance

- 5+ years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties
- Help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center’s financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- Review and control labor costs and other expenses
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with team
- Supervise and direct regular training for staff on guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Conduct regular meetings with management team to review center performance, profit and loss statements, and adjust action plans
- Address center-level HR or loss prevention issues and maintain team morale
- Ensure guest service goals are achieved and customer complaints are resolved appropriately
- Oversee management and expansion of food and beverage programs, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays and extended workdays as needed
