Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 55 pounds
- Ability to reach and move items from 6 feet high to 6 inches off the ground
- Ability to safely and correctly use equipment such as sheeter machine, VCM, sauce ladle, cheese cups, pan gripers, spatula, pizza and dough cutter, knives, can openers, pastry brush, scales, microwave, telephone, cash register
- Ability to apply pressure to cut through products and clean equipment
- Ability to count, separate and weigh food products and inventory items
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Ability to understand directions, instructions and product specifications
- Ability to process and complete customer orders
- Ability to comprehend training materials and standard operating procedures
- Ability to successfully pass training certification programs
- Ability to use math skills to compute sales totals, percentages, inventory usage, food orders, employee schedules, and cash handling
- Ability to legally drive and adhere to traffic laws
- Ability to supervise and motivate multiple employees simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Have a minimum of two years experience in a management role in a quick service restaurant or one year in a full service restaurant
- Preferred minimum age of 21
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills
- Have working knowledge of local store marketing techniques, sales building, and cost control
- Possess strong management, team building, and communication skills
- Know how to read and analyze profit and loss statements
- Be dependable and able to work a varied, 50 hour workweek under pressure
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record within company guidelines
- Meet background verification guidelines
- Eligible to work in the United States as per Department of Justice requirements
Job Duties
- Ensure customers are served correct and complete orders within service time goals according to the Customer Service Standards and procedures
- Prepare and ensure all colleagues prepare consistent, high-quality products as described in the Training Handbook
- Achieve standards for a clean and organized restaurant and colleague image
- Recruit, hire, train and evaluate colleagues
- Develop a productive team by providing direction and supervision through communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills
- Ensure a safe, secure, and harassment-free work environment in compliance with government regulations and company policies
- Complete all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period-end activities as directed
- Perform labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately
- Manage financial responsibilities with integrity and supervise colleagues to meet cost control goals
- Implement shakerboarding, local store marketing events, and in-store promotions to increase sales
