Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years retail management experience
  • Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets
  • Proven ability to manage inventory and operational excellence
  • Leadership experience in team development and motivation
  • Proficient with technology such as POS, Microsoft Office, Apple devices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to close the store at least once per week
  • Willingness to attend corporate meetings and travel
  • Valid identification for airline travel

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience
  • Proven success in financial management including sales growth, data interpretation, payroll, and expense control
  • Demonstrated retail management abilities such as monitoring inventory, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising
  • Leadership experience in attracting, developing, motivating talent, managing change, and team influence
  • Proficient with technology including Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills for multitasking
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, adaptability, and flexibility under pressure

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink goals
  • Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
  • Use store forecast and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity
  • Address issues from financial and operational reporting to achieve company goals
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests
  • Stay informed of industry trends, product knowledge, and benefits
  • Maintain regular attendance and hold associates accountable to attendance policy
  • Attract, hire, and retain diverse top talent and address staffing needs
  • Address policy violations and apply corrective actions in partnership with leadership
  • Build an engaged team embodying the brand through collaboration and communication
  • Create an inclusive environment promoting associate growth and engagement
  • Lead manager and associate development through training, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Ensure participation in ongoing professional development and brand education
  • Model open communication and align team goals with company strategy
  • Promote teamwork by working alongside management and providing clear direction
  • Execute Guest Engagement Leader program to enhance business results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Enforce dress code and scheduling tools to optimize guest experience
  • Manage task prioritization and leadership compliance
  • Protect company assets and minimize loss through control of safety, inventory, and cash management
  • Oversee inventory control processes and theft reporting
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and technology adoption
