  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership to maintain high employee and resident satisfaction
  • Conduct audits of all operational functions to ensure compliance
  • Practice and ensure company's policies and licensing regulations are followed
  • Monthly financial analysis and prepare reporting package
  • Develop annual business plan and budget
  • Introduce innovative ideas to create a great culture
  • Maintain building and assets in accordance with operating standards
  • Lead development and updating of sales plans
  • Build an effective, well-trained team
  • Keep up to date on industry trends while proactively driving progress
