Job Duties
- Manage overall restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- ensure compliance with food safety and health standards
- lead recruitment, training, and development of team members
- oversee food preparation and maintain high-quality standards
- develop and implement creative marketing and community engagement initiatives
- monitor financial performance including P&L management and sales forecasting
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by fostering a welcoming environment
