Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Five plus years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • ServSafe certificate or ability to obtain local and state regulatory certificates
  • Proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English
  • Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
  • Proven leadership and performance record of success as a casual dining or full-service restaurant manager for external candidates
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Five plus years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • Three plus years of consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
  • Proven leadership record of success as a casual dining or full-service restaurant manager for external candidates
  • ServSafe and local or state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain required certifications
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations with a focus on culinary, beverage, and service excellence
  • Hire, train, and inspire restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Drive sales growth and guest satisfaction metrics
  • Ensure compliance with all employment policies and food safety regulations
  • Manage team performance, including conducting evaluations, coaching, training, and discipline
  • Select and recruit top talent to strengthen the team
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees
