Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Five plus years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- ServSafe certificate or ability to obtain local and state regulatory certificates
- Proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English
- Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
- Proven leadership and performance record of success as a casual dining or full-service restaurant manager for external candidates
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Five plus years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- Three plus years of consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
- Proven leadership record of success as a casual dining or full-service restaurant manager for external candidates
- ServSafe and local or state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain required certifications
- Proficiency in verbal and written English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations with a focus on culinary, beverage, and service excellence
- Hire, train, and inspire restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Drive sales growth and guest satisfaction metrics
- Ensure compliance with all employment policies and food safety regulations
- Manage team performance, including conducting evaluations, coaching, training, and discipline
- Select and recruit top talent to strengthen the team
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees
