Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum of five years in an executive level position in luxury hospitality
  • experience with third-party food and beverage management agreements
  • knowledge of spa and wellness partnership oversight
  • strong organizational and motivational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to supervise and evaluate staff performance
  • advanced computer skills
  • budgetary analysis capability
  • ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary workplace language
  • physical ability to sit for extended periods, walk and stand as needed, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum of five years' experience in an executive leadership position within a luxury hotel operation
  • expertise in managing third-party and management contracts related to food and beverage
  • experience overseeing spa and wellness partnerships
  • strong leadership skills with a focus on motivation and results
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • advanced computer proficiency
  • ability to analyze budgetary data and financial reports
  • proven ability in developing and leading diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of hotel operations including associate and guest engagement, human resources, financial performance, food and beverage, sales and marketing, and asset management
  • drive personalized guest experiences reflecting cultural place and ensure compliance with brand standards
  • provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates and achieve financial success
  • maintain robust relationships with ownership, asset managers, local community, and corporate leadership
  • manage and critique the annual budget, forecast, and actual performance by continuously exploring the hotel’s operational results
  • maximize revenue streams from group, transient, food and beverage, and other sources
  • manage cost control, productivity improvement, forecasting, and cash flow
  • foster community engagement and nurture relationships with local officials and businesses
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and civil rights laws
  • select, lead, and develop the Executive Committee and key leadership while guiding their professional development
