Job Requirements
- High school degree or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Store Manager and/or Store Manager in retail or hospitality
- At least 21 years of age
- Professional and leads with integrity and honesty
- Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends, regularly scheduled shifts, and applicable holidays
- Demonstrated passion to serving the adult cannabis community
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite including use of Smartsheets
- Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage dispensary cashflow, staff, schedules, inventory, and customer relations
- Serve as a role model and resource for dispensary staff regarding products, policies, procedures, industry news, and regulations
- Coordinate with corporate retail team to communicate accurate information to staff
- Motivate and support the store team to implement company programs and meet objectives
- Delegate responsibilities to Assistant Dispensary Manager(s) and store-level team to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate operational goals to staff daily and weekly
- Lead team meetings to discuss initiatives and changes
- Create plans to achieve operational efficiency and optimal results
- Solicit feedback to understand customer and community needs
- Provide training, coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to employees
- Assist and support upset customers with equitable solutions
- Provide regular inventory, sales, and profitability reports to corporate retail team
- Maintain accurate records for daily cash reconciliations, customer records, sales, deliveries, and returns in compliance with laws
- Assist in interviewing and selecting candidates
- Perform other duties as assigned
