Job Requirements
- standing for long periods of time without a break
- ability to perform all restaurant operation positions and functions
- valid driver's license
- ability to travel to multiple stores as needed
- ability to conduct physical inspections of all restaurant areas
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in hot and cold environments such as restaurant, cooler, and freezer
Job Qualifications
- college degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- knowledge of Wendy's policies and procedures
- experience with profit and loss analysis and corrective measures
- supervisory and training skills
- valid driver's license
