Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years of relevant restaurant experience preferred
- knowledge of employee recruitment and training
- ability to manage team performance and resolve conflicts
- understanding of cost control and profit management
- ability to enforce health, safety, and security policies
- physical ability to stand and walk long shifts
- capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- good communication and organizational skills
- proficiency in computer usage
- availability for varied shifts including weekends
- adherence to state alcohol service age requirements where applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance
- handle employee rewards, discipline, and terminations
- shape restaurant culture and maintain high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a warm, friendly atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- assist team members with category duties as needed
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality/service complaints
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- follow cash control and security procedures
- maintain inventory and manage food and labor costs
- review financial reports and scheduling
- manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout costs
- control food portions and inventory processes
- optimize labor scheduling and monitor sales performance
- ensure proper use of equipment
- maintain the facility and company assets
- perform other assigned duties
