Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in casino and hotel management
- Proven experience overseeing large-scale operations
- Knowledge of Tribal sovereignty and gaming regulations
- Strong financial management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
