Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in casino and hotel management
  • Proven experience overseeing large-scale operations
  • Knowledge of Tribal sovereignty and gaming regulations
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
