Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Two to four years related experience and or training
  • Ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily

  • Ability to supervise and lead a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
  • Ability to comply with safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience with training employees

Job Duties

  • Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with team members and guests
  • Implement IHOP 101 Training program to improve operations and guest experience
  • Assist in the execution of financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives
  • Comply with applicable federal, state and local regulations
  • Assist in recruitment, training and retention of team members
  • Ensure adequate levels of supplies including food and janitorial items
  • Ensure proper operational condition of equipment and premises
  • Maintain safety and sanitation practices
  • Assist in maintaining safe and secure restaurant
  • Complete required reports and paperwork
  • Perform other assigned duties
