Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Two to four years related experience and or training
- Ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily

- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
- Ability to comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Experience with training employees
Job Duties
- Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with team members and guests
- Implement IHOP 101 Training program to improve operations and guest experience
- Assist in the execution of financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives
- Comply with applicable federal, state and local regulations
- Assist in recruitment, training and retention of team members
- Ensure adequate levels of supplies including food and janitorial items
- Ensure proper operational condition of equipment and premises
- Maintain safety and sanitation practices
- Assist in maintaining safe and secure restaurant
- Complete required reports and paperwork
- Perform other assigned duties
