- desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and use hands for food preparation
- display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility for shifts
- 3-5 years experience leading a diverse restaurant team or equivalent education
- valid driver’s license and insurance with adequate driving record
- ability to work flexible hours independently and with various personalities
- background check completed satisfactorily
- at least 18 years old
- ability to meet tight deadlines and work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- inspire and support team to provide excellent customer service
- generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate staffing
- maintain a positive and family-oriented work culture through coaching and disciplinary actions
- oversee ordering and inventory to maintain product levels
- ensure cleanliness and safety of the restaurant following food safety guidelines
- adapt to various situations to support team and customers
- resolve customer complaints and employee issues calmly
- execute marketing plans on time to increase repeat business
- review profit and loss statements with District Manager and act to meet goals
- build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
