Job Requirements

  • desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development
  • ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and use hands for food preparation
  • display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility for shifts
  • 3-5 years experience leading a diverse restaurant team or equivalent education
  • valid driver’s license and insurance with adequate driving record
  • ability to work flexible hours independently and with various personalities
  • background check completed satisfactorily
  • at least 18 years old
  • ability to meet tight deadlines and work in fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant or equivalent education

  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Job Duties

  • inspire and support team to provide excellent customer service
  • generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate staffing
  • maintain a positive and family-oriented work culture through coaching and disciplinary actions
  • oversee ordering and inventory to maintain product levels
  • ensure cleanliness and safety of the restaurant following food safety guidelines
  • adapt to various situations to support team and customers
  • resolve customer complaints and employee issues calmly
  • execute marketing plans on time to increase repeat business
  • review profit and loss statements with District Manager and act to meet goals
  • build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
