Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in management within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, including execution of company policies and procedures
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following all company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a people excellence environment
- Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain Wendy's quality and spirit in the restaurant
