Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel senior leadership roles with at least 2 years as a general manager preferred
  • Proven success managing financial performance and driving commercial strategies
  • Strong background in full-service hotel operations including food and beverage and rooms division
  • Proficiency with hotel PMS systems such as Opera Merlin Concerto HeartBeat STR reports
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple departments
  • Strong financial acumen and business management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Availability to work on-site full-time in the USA

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations including rooms food and beverage finance HR engineering and sales
  • Lead and support department heads to meet performance targets and deliver service excellence
  • Ensure hotel operations are in full compliance with brand standards and local regulations
  • Analyze operational performance and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement
  • Own the hotel’s P&L ensuring alignment with budget and business forecasts
  • Collaborate with revenue management and sales teams to optimize occupancy ADR and RevPAR
  • Oversee CAPEX planning cost control initiatives and expense management
  • Maximize profitability while balancing guest experience and operational efficiency
  • Champion the hotel's culture by ensuring high guest satisfaction and scores
  • Resolve escalated guest concerns and lead service recovery efforts
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback through reviews surveys and direct communication
  • Hire mentor and develop leadership talent across all hotel departments
  • Foster a culture of accountability inclusivity and service excellence
  • Drive employee engagement through recognition coaching and a positive work environment
  • Ensure training and succession plans are in place to support long-term growth
  • Serve as primary liaison between hotel ownership and brand corporate teams
  • Communicate performance updates forecasts and strategic initiatives to ownership groups
  • Represent the hotel in the local business community building partnerships and brand awareness
