Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a quick service restaurant or hospitality industry
- strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards
- ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- effective communication and organizational skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- background in hospitality or retail management desired

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while maintaining McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for a strong leadership team
- oversee daily operations ensuring high-volume service efficiency
- monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements
