Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- minimum 3-5 years management experience including profit and loss management
- availability to work up to 45-50 hours weekly including evenings and weekends
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
- valid driver’s license and current insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage
- physical ability to move throughout resort for long hours and handle up to 50 lbs
- ability to respond effectively in noisy environment
- ability to perform basic math and financial tasks
- experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management preferred
- bilingual skills a plus
Job Qualifications

- bachelor’s degree equivalent education and experience
- minimum 3-5 years management experience including profit and loss management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
- capable of working in front and back of house roles
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management preferred
- bilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Understand and communicate company mission, values, and objectives

- develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- create plans to drive and achieve revenue, labor, cost of goods sold, and expense targets
- maintain operational excellence and compliance
- reward outstanding team performance
- analyze financial data and KPIs to optimize performance
- engage community and local businesses for lead generation
- manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance of staff
- foster positive team culture and retention
- ensure exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- oversee resort maintenance, cleanliness, and inventory
- lead shifts as "Manager on Duty"
- communicate effectively for smooth operations
- execute daily audits and enforce standards
- develop action plans for resort improvement
