Job Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree with coursework in business, accounting, marketing, or management
- Two years' experience in retail or other business emphasizing customer service, account management, or merchandising
Job Duties
- Acquire and maintain customers
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes
- Decipher, prepare and review financial statements and store reports
- Ensure adequate availability of merchandise at all times
- Fill out paperwork for submission to corporate support
- Follow monthly marketing plans
- Implement sales and marketing programs
- Maintain company vehicles within safe operating standards
- Managing inventory and cash assets
- Meeting company standards for quality, customer service and safety
- Meeting sales and revenue goals, implementing marketing and growth plans
- Prepare daily work schedules, assign tasks, evaluate employee performance
