Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years management experience preferably in restaurant management
  • ability to work 47 ½ to 50 hour work week including flexible hours
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to stand for long periods and work in heat
  • physical ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
  • ability to work around others in close quarters
  • willingness to use cleaning products
  • good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years management experience preferably in a restaurant
  • basic computer knowledge
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
  • strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Model and create a guest-focused environment ensuring positive guest service experience
  • respond promptly and positively to guest concerns
  • hire high quality staff to maintain guest satisfaction
  • ensure all employees are trained and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction
  • evaluate employee performance regularly
  • continuously improve employee skills, knowledge, and morale
  • train, coach, and provide regular performance feedback
  • maintain a fun and enjoyable working environment
  • develop and execute the restaurant business plan including fiscal responsibilities and local marketing
  • utilize labor effectively to meet budget
  • manage financial results including P&L
  • execute company-wide marketing programs
  • enforce compliance with all labor laws
  • uphold food safety, handling, and sanitation standards to ensure guest and employee health and safety
  • demonstrate high personal integrity and treat employees with honesty, respect, and dignity
  • communicate performance expectations clearly and manage performance
  • recognize and reward good performance while addressing poor performance
