Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years management experience preferably in restaurant management
- ability to work 47 ½ to 50 hour work week including flexible hours
- basic computer skills
- ability to stand for long periods and work in heat
- physical ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
- ability to work around others in close quarters
- willingness to use cleaning products
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Model and create a guest-focused environment ensuring positive guest service experience
- respond promptly and positively to guest concerns
- hire high quality staff to maintain guest satisfaction
- ensure all employees are trained and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction
- evaluate employee performance regularly
- continuously improve employee skills, knowledge, and morale
- train, coach, and provide regular performance feedback
- maintain a fun and enjoyable working environment
- develop and execute the restaurant business plan including fiscal responsibilities and local marketing
- utilize labor effectively to meet budget
- manage financial results including P&L
- execute company-wide marketing programs
- enforce compliance with all labor laws
- uphold food safety, handling, and sanitation standards to ensure guest and employee health and safety
- demonstrate high personal integrity and treat employees with honesty, respect, and dignity
- communicate performance expectations clearly and manage performance
- recognize and reward good performance while addressing poor performance
