Job Description

Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous General Manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants or similar
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • commitment to high standards of quality and service
  • team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a General Manager in high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to set goals and develop teams
  • must be 18 years or older
  • proven ability to manage operations and staff effectively

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach Department Managers to meet their goals
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
  • maintain high standards in customer service and operational execution
  • foster a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement
