Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous General Manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants or similar
- strong leadership skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a General Manager in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers to meet their goals
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
- maintain high standards in customer service and operational execution
- foster a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement
