Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurant management preferred
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to handle operational and staffing responsibilities
  • Commitment to maintaining McDonald's quality and service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience managing high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Background in hospitality or retail is advantageous
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • Ability to set and track goals effectively
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring it meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and support a team of Department Managers to improve restaurant operations
  • Provide coaching and direction to Department Managers to enhance their performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Monitor departmental progress and implement improvements
  • Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring customer satisfaction
