- Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurant management preferred
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to handle operational and staffing responsibilities
- Commitment to maintaining McDonald's quality and service standards

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring it meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and support a team of Department Managers to improve restaurant operations
- Provide coaching and direction to Department Managers to enhance their performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Monitor departmental progress and implement improvements
- Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring customer satisfaction
