Job Requirements

  • Operational leadership experience overseeing multiple locations
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining company standards and processes
  • Experience supporting and holding management teams accountable
  • Ability to identify and rectify operational deficiencies
  • Knowledge of safety programs and regulatory compliance
  • Experience conducting site visits and operational assessments
  • Strong skills in continuous improvement and root-cause analysis
  • Leadership experience in promoting culture and teamwork
  • Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of rental industry experience required
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-location operations
  • Strong understanding of equipment standards, shop operations, and safety practices
  • Ability to lead through influence, structure, and consistency
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a visible, hands-on leadership role
  • Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Management certification and/or college education preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide oversight across all store locations, shop operations, and dispatch
  • Ensure consistent execution of company standards, processes, and procedures
  • Support Store Managers and department leaders with clear expectations and accountability
  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee company safety programs and compliance efforts
  • Conduct regular site visits to observe operations, equipment condition, and workflows
  • Ensure adherence to internal standards, manufacturer requirements, and regulatory obligations
