Job Requirements
- Operational leadership experience overseeing multiple locations
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining company standards and processes
- Experience supporting and holding management teams accountable
- Ability to identify and rectify operational deficiencies
- Knowledge of safety programs and regulatory compliance
- Experience conducting site visits and operational assessments
- Strong skills in continuous improvement and root-cause analysis
- Leadership experience in promoting culture and teamwork
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of rental industry experience required
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-location operations
- Strong understanding of equipment standards, shop operations, and safety practices
- Ability to lead through influence, structure, and consistency
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a visible, hands-on leadership role
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Management certification and/or college education preferred
Job Duties
- Provide oversight across all store locations, shop operations, and dispatch
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards, processes, and procedures
- Support Store Managers and department leaders with clear expectations and accountability
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions
- Oversee company safety programs and compliance efforts
- Conduct regular site visits to observe operations, equipment condition, and workflows
- Ensure adherence to internal standards, manufacturer requirements, and regulatory obligations
