Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- one year of restaurant management experience
- must be dependable and punctual
- neat, clean and professional appearance
- upbeat and engaging personality
- fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- highly collaborative nature
- exhibit a sense of urgency
- strong work ethic
- excellent math skills including basic computations and ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
- ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed

- frequent bending, kneeling, lifting between 25-50 lbs

Job Duties
- provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors and restaurant managers
- oversee operations for a designated Wendy's restaurant
- develop and mentor your team
- ensure a positive dining experience for customers
- monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
- maximize store sales and profit goals
- maintain quality, service and cleanliness standards
- ensure protection of Wendy's brand and assets
- anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective action
