Tacos El Terry is an exciting new quick-service taqueria set to open in April right in the vibrant heart of Broadway, Nashville's most iconic street. This high-energy taqueria promises a focused and quality-driven menu centered on 4 to 5 made-to-order tacos, accompanied by complementary items such as chips, freshly made guacamole, and a variety of fresh salsas. Job Requirements

  • 2 years of GM experience
  • Ability to work a variety of days and shifts including early mornings late nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in financial statement preparation and cost management

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • 3+ years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Skilled in leading and developing teams
  • Experienced with inventory and BOH systems

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct all facets of a restaurant’s business ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day and long-term operations
  • Assist with training recruiting HR and administrative duties assist and financials statement preparation and assist the GM with customer service inquiries
  • Organize run and supervise smooth and efficient daily opening and closing shifts ensuring an exceptional guest and employee experience
  • Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams while fostering our Culture of Caring
  • Respond immediately and effectively to guest and employee needs and feedback
  • Assist GM in managing costs driving sales and growing the business in support of financial goals
  • Partner with GM and management team to interview hire onboard train supervise and develop all BOH employees and teams as needed
