Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years of restaurant experience preferred
- able to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- manual dexterity for handling tools and controls
- able to bend and stoop
- able to taste and smell
- verbal communication skills
- visual acuity including close, peripheral, and color vision
- access all restaurant areas including selling floor and stock areas
- comply with state alcohol service age requirements
- willing to work varied shifts and weekends

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline staff
- foster a positive culture and high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to management and staff
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building and suggestive selling efforts
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues ensuring guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs, and review financial reports and schedules
- manage labor costs by optimizing employee schedules
- ensure proper use and maintenance of all restaurant equipment and assets
- perform additional duties as assigned
