Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements for applicable positions
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use hands effectively
- ability to taste and smell
- ability to communicate verbally
- ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and adjust focus
- ability to access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock, and register areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and provide rewards or discipline as necessary
- shape restaurant culture and promote employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members
- model professional behavior creating a welcoming atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- assist team members with duties as needed
- champion sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- manage P&L including food and labor costs
- coordinate weekly scheduling and monitor daily schedules
- maintain restaurant equipment and facility
- perform additional duties as assigned
