Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- Proven leadership through managers
- Ability to manage budgets and financial analysis
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Understanding of contractual requirements
- Ability to focus on client service and business growth
- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred in food service, hospitality, facilities, or business management
- Ability to focus on client and customer service, entrepreneurship, and business growth
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, senior management, and support staff
- Comfortable with contractual requirements including identifying operational opportunities within contract terms
- Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
- Proven leadership experience managing through other managers
- Experience in department budget creation, financial controls, and analysis
- Experience in developing product sales strategies and implementing operational programs
Job Duties
- Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on management of operations
- Manage client and community relationships while assessing and improving operational effectiveness
- Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff to meet organizational objectives
- Recommend methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on operational needs and contract terms
- Manage budgets in partnership with finance and design strategies to optimize financial performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining associated records and reports
- Enforce Aramark's safety standards and business conduct policies at all times
