Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
- Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- Proven ability leading through other managers
- Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff
- Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements
- Ability to focus on client and customer services and building strong business relationships
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management
- Manage client and community relationships, assess operations, develop plans to optimize service and satisfaction
- Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives
- Recommend methods, resources, and implementations for service improvement and growth based on operational needs and contractual obligations
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets and optimize financial and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes, maintaining records and reports
- Uphold Aramark's standards of operation including safety standards and Business Conduct Policy
