Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum four years prior experience in restaurant leadership
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle conflict effectively
  • Proficient in computer usage
  • Availability to work various shifts including weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must comply with state alcohol service age requirements if applicable
  • Ability to adhere to OSHA and safety standards
  • Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Prior leadership experience in restaurant management
  • Four to six years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining

  • Knowledge of basic business math and accounting

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and staff according to company policies and laws
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work schedules and activities
  • Appraise employee performance and implement rewards or disciplinary actions
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
  • Assist team with duties as needed
  • Promote sales building and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover and sales metrics
  • Address and resolve guest food quality and service issues
  • Maintain cost controls and profitability including food and labor costs
  • Enforce OSHA, health, and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory and restaurant equipment usage
  • Manage P&L and financial reporting
  • Maintain facility and company assets
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
