Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent, previous restaurant management experience preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, ability to manage budgets and financial reports, proficiency in team training and development, customer service orientation, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with team members, implement IHOP 101 training program for all restaurant hourly team members, execute annual financial local restaurant marketing guest service and human resource objectives, manage the restaurant floor and focus on regular contact with guests, comply with federal state and local regulations applicable to the assigned unit, recruit train and retain team members, ensure food compliance with SOP in specifications recipes plating and presentation, ensure adequate inventory levels and order supplies timely, maintain the operational condition of equipment building and premises, enforce safety and sanitation practices, develop and maintain a safety program, maintain a safe and secure restaurant environment, implement national and local marketing promotions, complete all required reports and paperwork, perform other duties as assigned
