Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants
- knowledge of all applicable laws and company policies
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with computer and business software
- commitment to workplace safety and compliance
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to deliver guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and variances to management team
- cascade corporate initiatives to staff
- assist team with category job duties as needed
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest and hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, food and labor management
- manage P&L including food and labor costs
- follow recipes and portion control
- conduct weekly inventory
- optimize labor schedules
- ensure proper use of equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform all other assigned duties
