Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Basic computer skills for managing reports and schedules.

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with team members and guests
- Implement IHOP 101 Training program for all restaurant hourly Team Members
- Execute annual financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives
- Manage the restaurant floor and handle guest complaints professionally
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Recruit, train, and retain team members while maintaining turnover limits
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service
- Manage inventory and order supplies maintaining set pars
- Maintain operational condition of equipment and the appearance of the restaurant
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards and train team members accordingly
- Develop and maintain a safety program incorporating meetings and information dissemination
- Maintain restaurant security and control cash handling procedures
- Implement marketing promotions and manage POP material usage
- Complete required reports and maintain employment records
- Perform other assigned duties.
