Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or retail management
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • leadership experience
  • familiarity with POS systems
  • capacity to manage a diverse team
  • physical ability to handle store duties
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
  • supervise and direct staff activities
  • recruit, interview, and hire store employees
  • ensure adherence to uniform and appearance standards
  • train and onboard new and existing staff
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • monitor and control inventory, waste, and giveaways
  • oversee cash handling and financial reporting
  • maintain store security and safety
  • ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • coordinate promotional, marketing, and advertising activities
  • foster good relations with mall management and community
  • ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations
  • lead by example as a working manager
  • perform other duties as assigned
