  • Hiring coaching leading and inspiring a team both in aquatics and customer service
  • Drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction leading by example working front-line shifts and through team enhancement and development
  • Calmly positively and proactively respond to challenges
  • Maintain a clean and safe facility
  • Master our teaching curriculum and customer service practices
  • Create a caring fun friendly and effective work environment
  • Create and manage schedules and lead regular team meetings
  • Manage employee engagement and retention
  • Develop your operations team to be industry leaders
  • Directly manage key performance indicators to ensure the location is operating efficiently and effectively
  • Manage and operate a profitable business
