Job Duties
- Hiring coaching leading and inspiring a team both in aquatics and customer service
- Drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction leading by example working front-line shifts and through team enhancement and development
- Calmly positively and proactively respond to challenges
- Maintain a clean and safe facility
- Master our teaching curriculum and customer service practices
- Create a caring fun friendly and effective work environment
- Create and manage schedules and lead regular team meetings
- Manage employee engagement and retention
- Develop your operations team to be industry leaders
- Directly manage key performance indicators to ensure the location is operating efficiently and effectively
- Manage and operate a profitable business
