Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum four years of retail management experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Forklift operator license
- Open shift availability
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions including lifting up to 30 pounds and exposure to temperature extremes
- Must maintain regular attendance
- Must be honest and committed to high levels of service
Job Qualifications
- Four plus years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager
- Strong drive for results and solid work ethic
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of shrink controls, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities managing cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with store operations including membership services, gas station, tire bay, maintenance, receiving, and omni procedures
- Completion of company training program preferred
- High school diploma and/or college degree preferred
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel, and email
- Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Forklift operator certification
- Open shift availability
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide strategic department leadership and oversee daily operations
- Recruit, hire, and onboard team members
- Oversee labor planning and scheduling
- Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink management
- Champion member experience standards and resolve concerns
- Execute operational readiness and maintain club standards
- Lead department talent management and utilize tools for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, and sanitation policies
- Support special initiatives, merchandising transitions, and facility maintenance
- Operate equipment safely, including forklifts
- Maintain regular attendance and perform as Manager on Duty as needed
